The words we live by

"I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong.
I believe that happiest girls are the prettiest girls.
I believe that tomorrow is another day,
and I believe in miracles."

Save the Date: Sunshine State Celebration

Today, March 3rd, marks the 165th anniversary of Florida’s admittance to the Union. And, opportunely, several other significant dates in the Sunshine State’s history take place over the course of the next month as well (Ponce de Leon’s arrival on April 2, 1513, the merging of East FL and West FL to form an organized territory on March 30, 1822, etc.)

To that end, a celebration was deemed most appropriate today while dining at the venue where most worthwhile ideas are conceived in the Senate: Lunch Bunch! Please mark your calendars for a Florida Fete at Erica’s home on March 27th, 2010!

We hope you will join us for this most joyous occasion!

The Sunshine State’s most festive daughters,
Erica and Erin

  3. March 27, 2010 will be the 100th anniversary of the Great Barn Fire of Okoritofulpos, Hungary. To think that your organization would plan a celebration on this tragic and historically significant day is appalling and a slap in the face to every Hungarian. I sincerely hope that anyone who reads this blog will join me in honoring the 312 members of the Stolefski gypsy tribe and the famed Pfterl Acrobat Family who perished on this day instead of 'partying.'

  4. ...and now Benjamin has forever banned himself from any guest invites the Pages might extend to him in the future. We should really be celebrating that.
